Option

1

  • Fill out the online form, complete your purchase. Payment in full is due at this time. This is a good option for many of our basic window treatment options and will expedite the installation date.
  • Select an installation date.
  • Select a date for your in-person follow up consultation.
  • Our designer will come to your home and help complete all necessary details, verify your order and exact sizing, and answer any questions you may have.
  • If there are additional items, modifications, or options not listed in the online form we may be able to modify the order for your previously selected install date.
  • If any modifications to the total price are needed, your designer will complete those modifications at this time.
  • 2-3 days prior to your scheduled installation date one of our technicians will contact you to confirm your installation.
  • After your installation is complete our designer will follow up with you to make sure everything went as planned and discuss any remaining invoicing.

Option

  • Fill out the consultation form for an in-person consultation to start your ordering process.
  • A $150 fee for the 1-hour consultation is due at this time. This fee will be applied to your purchase when the purchase is made within 90 days of the design consultation.
  • This is a good option if you are not comfortable filling out the online form, if you are ok waiting a little longer to get the installation date scheduled, or if your window treatment options are not listed in the online ordering form.
  • Our designer will come to your home and help create your order, measure your exact sizing, bring samples to discuss, and answer any questions you may have.
  • Approximately 1-2 weeks after your onsite consultation your designer will send the order to you for your approval and discuss available installation dates and complete your order.
  • Payment for your order is due in full prior to order completion.
  • 2-3 days prior to your scheduled installation date one of our technicians will contact you to confirm your installation.
  • After your installation is complete our designer will follow up with you to make sure everything went as planned and discuss anyremaining invoicing.

Disclaimers

  • Our Window Treatment Service is for Lawrence Residents and Clients only.
  • We have a minimum order policy of $500, so if your subtotal does not reach our minimum order total, please contact us to discuss.
  • In the event that customer cancels order after in person consultation 25% of completed order is non refundable
  • In the event that order is non feasible at time of in person consultation 10% of completed order is non refundable
  • Initial online order is an estimated cost and will be verified/modified by our designer during the in person consultation if necessary.
  • Installation date is based on standard options and installation only. To be verified by designer during onsite consultation.
  • Installation charges and product feasibility are based on normal conditions and windows that are in good working order. No work for windows, walls, trim, or other repairs are included in these estimates.
  • Existing window treatment removal or repair of old window treatment installations are not included in estimates unless otherwise stated.

Warranty

Construction Specialties warranties all installation work for 1 year after completion.
