Brief History of Construction Specialties
Construction Specialties was established in 2015 by its founder, Mike Warner. Mike started the business after nearly two decades of different construction and sales experiences. Today we employ about a dozen people. We also have a strong network of relationships with subcontractors and suppliers around the Lawrence and Kansas City area. Homeowners enjoy custom features and individual attention on every project that we manage.
Construction Specialties is also a proud member of the Lawrence Homebuilders Association and the Douglas County Connection business group.
